At jeane+jax, we want to make receiving your order as smooth as possible. Shipping rates, timelines, and eligibility vary depending on your location, so please refer to the country-specific details below for the most accurate information.

Canada & the United States

Orders ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that holiday schedules may affect shipping times. Our default shipping method is ground shipping, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. For questions, contact us at info@jeanejax.com. 

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $100 CAD or USD and above before taxes, and a $15 CAD or USD flat rate for orders under $100.

United Kingdom

We offer free shipping on orders over £200. For orders under £200, a £20 flat shipping fee applies. Orders ship within 5 business days (excluding holidays) and include full tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is on its way.

European Union

We offer free shipping on orders over €200. For orders under €200, a €20 flat shipping fee applies. Orders ship within 5 business days (excluding holidays) and include full tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is on its way.

Worldwide Shipping

jeane+jax currently ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, and countries within the European Union. We’re working to expand to additional destinations soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch in your region.

Returns & Exchanges

Ordered the wrong bag or color?

jeane+jax accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Simply email info@jeanejax.com to request return instructions, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Problem with your purchase?

We stand by the quality of our products. All handbags and wallets include a 90-day warranty. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll give you store credit, exchange it for the same style, or a product of equal value from our current inventory. To start a warranty claim, contact info@jeanejax.com.

Purchased from one of our retail partners?

If you purchased your item through a retail partner, you may still request a return or exchange directly with us. Please email info@jeanejax.com, and include a copy of your receipt. This allows us to confirm that your purchase was made within the 30-day return window so we can process your request.

Warranty coverage also applies to items purchased through our retail partners. All handbags and wallets are covered by our 90-day warranty. If your item is found damaged or defective within this period, contact us at info@jeanejax.com with your receipt to begin a warranty claim.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Our 30-day return policy applies only to full-priced items.

Exchanges

To ensure availability and speed, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original. Once your return is received, we’ll process it according to our standard return policy.

Return Shipping

  • We recommend returning items using a trackable service, as jeane+jax is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
