We are pleased to offer Quebec residents FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $50 and a $10 FLAT RATE for orders $50 and under.
We offer a $15 FLAT RATE shipping fee for all other Canadian provinces and a $20 FLAT RATE throughout the United States.

Please note your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Holiday schedules may differ. Our default shipping method is ground shipping. We will gladly send you a tracking number when your order is out our door and on route to yours! Should you have any inquiries at any time, do not hesitate to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.

Returns & Exchanges
Did you order the wrong bag or color?
jeane & jax accepts returns of product that has not been worn within 30 days of order placement. Simply contact email@example.com to request return information and we will happily assist you on how to return or exchange your purchase.
Problem with your purchase?
jeane & jax stands by our quality and offers a 90 day warranty on all of our handbags and wallets. We will be happy to exchange any damaged goods for a replacement of the same style or a style of equal value that we have available in our inventory. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to claim your warranty and our team will help you through the process.
Do you want to return a bag you bought from one of our retailers?
All purchase inquiries, returns and exchanges must be claimed at the store level. Each of our retailers has their own exchange policy and we kindly respect their procedures.
What is our policy on sale items?
Please note all jeane & jax product purchased at a sale price is final sale and our 30 day return policy does not apply to these items.
If you wish to process an exchange only, we recommend that our customers place a new order and return the original order, as we cannot guarantee that the item will be available at the time that the exchange is received.
NOTE: Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as jeane & jax is not held responsible for any lost returns.
